Welcome to ACHIEVE 2021 – the 14th Annual Health Current Summit & Trade Show. Whether you are with us in-person or virtually, we truly appreciate you taking the time to join us. Our theme this year, AZHIE: New Horizons speaks to the transformation underway across the HIE landscape, and the opportunities for innovation and collaboration right here in Arizona.
Our Summit includes a variety of presentations on a range of topics, including: keynote speaker Micky Tripathi, Ph.D., National Coordinator for Health Information Technology at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, an HIE update on new technologies, the launch of Arizona’s Healthcare Directives Registry, the Social Determinants of Health Closed Loop Referral System, Health IT Policy & Regulatory Update, and panel discussions on multiple topics, including; quality reporting, patient matching, value-based population health, and more.
Be sure to catch the 2021 Health IT Awards on Wednesday that recognize both an individual and an organization that have demonstrated leadership in advancing health IT.
We would like to thank all our sponsors and encourage you to visit them either virtually on the sponsors tab, or in-person in the exhibit hall. Also, please be sure to check out and participate in the virtual Leaderboard for a chance to win some valuable prizes too.
I am excited about our Summit & Trade Show hybrid event and look forward to the sessions and presentations ahead. While we will miss some of you in-person, we all can make this Summit a success through our virtual engagement, interaction, and networking. Enjoy ACHIEVE 2021!

Health Current & Contexture
Health Current has adopted a vaccination required policy, following precedents established by health information technology industry events and conferences held this year. This means that all in-person attendees, exhibitors, and staff members will need to provide proof of their COVID-19 “full vaccination” to attend to the Health Current Summit & Trade Show. If you are not able to meet the vaccination requirements, virtual attendance is available for all sessions.
