Juliette completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She has conducted Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) evaluations in a variety of settings and provided clinical and administrative oversight for CPR's SMI evaluations department for over 10 years. Driven by the belief that it is both a privilege and a great responsibility to assist individuals who are experiencing emotional crisis, she remains passionate about conducting crisis interventions in hospital settings and previously with children in custody of the Department of Child Safety. She began her career with Crisis Preparation and Recovery in 2006. In her current role as Chief Operations Officer, she designs and implements business operations, establishes policies that promote company culture and vision, and oversees general operations of the company.
