Morgan is the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Contexture, the umbrella organization of CORHIO and Health Current. Morgan oversees several departments of Contexture, including Innovation, Human Resources and Legal. He served CORHIO, the Colorado health information exchange, as its CEO for seven years, where he expanded the organization’s partnership with the State of Colorado as well as numerous payers and accountable care organizations to advance the Triple Aim in Colorado. Morgan attended the University of Tulsa, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Missouri State University with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration.
